From the moment we opened the entrance & saw the view we fell in love with the Kala! The staff are attentive & caring - altogether a great experience - highly recommend it. PS used the complimentary kayak to explore nearly beaches - a real bonus. Note to management: The snorkelling masks need to be replaced - they are not watertight.

Stunning pool villa with panoramic views of the sea perched on cliffs. Lovely helpful staff. Great getaway if you want to just chill by the hotel and enjoy the facilities. If staying at the pool villa I recommend to stay at least 3 nights to fully enjoy the villa

The resort is very nice and clean. The view is awesome. We stayed in the pool villa, it was great. Pool and the room are very well maintained. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is superb too.

We loved the ambiance at the hotel, we had a great spacious room and the view at the Deck is perfect!

I have a wonderful stay in kala hotel. The service of the staff is great. The ocean view will s awesome. Definitely I will be back again to this hotel

The breakfast that was included was incredible (get the fried morning glory and garlic!), the pool was lovely and looked out of the ocean. And it was very quiet, even when other people were there. We were looking for a quiet escape and chose the right place. If one is looking for a party scene or walkability this place isn’t for you. If you’re looking for a gorgeous view, nice clean room with a balcony and giant tub you’ve found your match

It was great that the Kala Samui was able to generally cater to dietary requirements such as vegetarian and gluten-free. The rooms had lovely views, were clean and spacious, and the property in general was simple, modern, clean and beautiful. The staff were polite and helpful.

We prefered the Kala hotel for our honeymoon,it was great hotel. The located in silence area a bit far from center but view was amazing and you will be able to listen sea’s voice ( i checked more then 100 hotels in samui). Lovely stuff they are allways smiling. Breakfast was also okey, and at our last day we changed our room to pool villa ( all included ) lunch and dinner was perfect.

View was amazing, could of had cheaper hire of transport and more available shuttle service times to the main part of town, as otherwise it is 200thb in to the town. which adds up. Otherwise was amazing stay pool is amazing and pool

They should improve for cooking. The food is not delicious at all. Im sorry to complain about tge food but overall this hotel is very nice except the food, quite bad exactly.
